All you need to register on bdajee is an active mobile number, your full name, and date of birth. No documents are required at registration — they are only needed for KYC before your first withdrawal. The entire process takes under 2 minutes.

No. bdajee's policy allows only one account per person. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be terminated and any funds held may be forfeited.

Go to the KYC section in Account Settings and upload clear photos of both sides of your National ID or passport. A selfie may also be required. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours, though during busy periods it may take up to 48 hours.

On the login page, click the "Forgot your password?" link. Enter your registered mobile number and an OTP code will be sent to you. Verify the code, then set a new password. The whole process takes under 2 minutes.

Withdraw

Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours. Mobile banking and e-wallets are the fastest options. Withdrawals may be held up if KYC verification is incomplete — so make sure to finish your KYC in advance.

The minimum withdrawal is generally BDT 300. The maximum limit depends on your account's VIP level and chosen payment method. Regular members may withdraw up to BDT 50,000 per day. VIP members are eligible for higher withdrawal limits.

Common reasons for withdrawal rejection include: incomplete KYC, unmet bonus wagering requirements, incorrect account number, or exceeding limits. Contact support to find out the exact reason and get a quick resolution. Any rejected amount is returned to your account.
